How do I know if I’m a Club, NPO or Charity?
Clubs are local interest groups who meet on a regular basis that have some connection to the fandoms C4 represents (comic books, sci-fi / fantasy, horror, gaming, and anime.)

NPOs are local non-profit organizations that are recognized by the Companies Office as such and work towards benefiting our community in unique and broad ways.

Charities are registered charities that support a cause passionately and unyieldingly.

How can I book a space for my club or NPO at Central Canada Comic Con?
Complete the Club Registration Form from the Book Your Table page and return it to us with payment.

How much does a club table cost?
All clubs and registered non-profit charities receive FREE tables at C4! You simply have to purchase weekend passes for your members at a discounted rate of $30 per person. For tables in the concourse we require a minimum of 2 passes per table requested. (ie 2 passes for 1 table, 4 passes for 2 tables, etc.) Any club or charity that purchases 10 passes or more are eligible to receive a (10ft x 10ft) booth space! All passes must be purchased in advance by organizations as we will not have these passes available on site.

Please note: In order to obtain a 10ft x 10ft booth for your Club, Charity or NPO, you need to confirm that at least 10 members from your group will be participating at C4.

Can I pay for a club space even if I’m not purchasing passes for club members?
Our policy for local clubs, npos and charities is focused on local support. We want to see your members at C4! Therefore, if you’re unsure how many members will be attending C4, we suggest you send in a request for a table, as booth spaces will only be alloted to clubs guaranteeing that at least 10 members per booth space will be in attendance. (10 people = 1 booth, 20 people = 2 booths, etc.)

How do we redeem our passes on site?
You’ll be using the same entrance as our other Exhibitors. Please see our Registration Desk on the 3rd Floor, accessible via the ORANGE elevator. Please note that we will be checking to make sure you set up your table, as setting up a table is a requirement to redeem your passes. No table set up, no passes.

We strive to work with organizations that are there to promote what they do to the community so they can grow and should an organization leave a table unmanned or worse, empty, this is a table that another organization could have been using.

What is the pass policy for registered Charities?
Registered Charities do not need to pay for passes or tables. It’s our pleasure to be working with you and we are excited to have you on site. Please let us know how many volunteers will be coming to work your table, they will receive a one day pass for the day they are volunteering. Should you have volunteers staying the entire weekend those individuals will receive a weekend pass.

I want to hold a raffle/draw at my table. What should I do?
Typically, most raffles and draws are allowed at our shows. Please fill out a Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries application and once you’ve been approved, email a copy to us.

How else can I get involved with C4?
Any organization who has individuals wanting to volunteer can e-mail us at to be included in set up and tear down shifts. We give all set up and tear down crew a ONE DAY COMP PASS to C4 in lieu of their volunteer hours. Should you have members who will only be working your table for 1 day at C4 this might be an opportunity for them to get their own pass for that day.

Any organization wanting to be involved in weapons checking, programming or any other aspect of C4, please e-mail us at Any volunteer who takes shifts on any day of the convention will receive access to C4 on the day of their volunteer shift. This could amount to a weekend pass if the volunteer has shifts on each day. Otherwise the volunteer will gain a pass for the day on which they are volunteering.
